Blucoup Ltd, trading as TrailReel, runs trailreel.com. We collect the information you give us when you order: your name, email address, billing details handled by our payment provider, and the rider's name, plate number and optional photo. We use it only to find your rider in our footage, edit and deliver the video, and answer your questions. We do not sell personal data.

Footage of minors. We film public races on a course where every competitor is recorded. Each rider's video is delivered only to the person who ordered it. We use a rider's clips in TrailReel's own social media or marketing only if the person ordering said yes to the sharing question on the order form, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us.

Order data is kept in Shopify, our store platform, and footage is kept on secure storage for the season so we can provide free edits. Email info@trailreel.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. If you are in the EU or EEA you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
