Refund policy

TrailReel videos are edited to order, so there is no stock to return. If we cannot find your rider in our footage, or cannot deliver a video, you receive a full refund. If your video arrives and something is wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will re-edit it free of charge; if we still cannot put it right, we refund you in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Contact us at info@trailreel.com with your order number and rider plate number.
