Terms of service

These terms cover orders placed on trailreel.com, operated by Blucoup Ltd, trading as TrailReel.

What you buy. A personalised race video, edited from fixed cameras around the course, identified by the rider's plate number. The Social Reel add-on is a short vertical highlights cut of the same footage. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Delivery. Videos are delivered by email to the address on the order, normally within 7–10 days of the race. Orders placed well after the race may take longer.

Accuracy. Give us the correct rider name and plate number. If we cannot identify the rider from the details supplied we will contact you before editing.

Free edits and refunds. See our Refund policy. Edits are free; refunds are given where we cannot deliver.

Your use of the video. You may share your video freely for personal use. Please do not resell it. TrailReel keeps the copyright in the footage and uses it in its own marketing only with your permission.
